Give yourself a break


Friday is almost here, lay back for a moment put on a song that makes you happy, close your eyes for 5 minutes and forget about the rest. 


Giving you breaks to take care of your self makes your life better and also the rest of the day less stressful.  


No need to move from your desk (if you work in one like me) or stop what you doing for to long to do this.
